The Triad of Change (Part 1)

Would you like the physical story that your body tells to lead to a new way of being in the world that energizes everything you do?  Would you like your most energized way of living to teach you how you overcome physical ailments?  This is what the Triad of Change is all about.

Structure, Perception, and Behavior:  The Triad of Change is one of those things that falls under the category of “How you do anything is how you do everything.”  READ IN THE BLOG.

In the office we discuss this Triad a lot from a physical standpoint.  When it comes to wanting to see changes in your spine and nervous system, we are looking for the structure, your perception (what you feel), and the behavior of your nervous system to change. So, we want to objectively measure your nervous system in these ways. (Watch for the Part 2 email to hear more about that.)   But here’s where it gets really cool… it turns out that this Triad also applies to LIFE in many other ways.

In a non-physical way, you have structure, perception, and behaviors in your life and living. (For example, do you like structure in your day? Do you like to take action? Or, do you like to “feel into something” before you move ahead with it?) You can start to look at how you behave, perceive, and structure your life and get incredible insights into how you go about your important moments in life in an energized way.

You can also apply the information you gather back to the physical, and for practice members I can use this information when I am working with them on the table.

When we look at how the Triad expresses for you uniquely, we can see your strengths and hidden superpowers in a whole new light. You can embrace the best parts of yourself (and work the best with others!). You can see where you get stuck, drained, and spin your wheels, and most importantly, how to step into what is next!
