Before your visit, you’ll receive easy-to-complete online forms through email. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant health records or imaging results you’d like to share. Don’t forget your insurance card if you’d like us to check your coverage options.
Your First Visit Experience
Your first visit begins with a warm welcome and an office tour, followed by a free consultation. During this time, we’ll hear more about your unique situation, review your health history, discuss your current concerns, and explore the health goals you’re hoping to achieve. This conversation helps us understand your complete health picture and ensures we tailor our care to your specific needs.
You’ll also receive all the information you need to prepare for your first visit with the doctor. We’ll clearly explain any fees associated with exams and allow time for those exams to take place the same day, immediately following your free consultation if you choose to proceed. This visit typically takes about an hour.
We want you to feel comfortable with us, build a sense of rapport with our office, and leave confident in the care we provide.

- Nervous system scan technology
- X-rays, if necessary
Your Second Visit: Understanding Your Results
Rather than focusing on symptoms, we are interested in the underlying cause of your health issues—in other words, how well your nervous system is functioning. During your second visit, which takes approximately 90 minutes, we take time to thoroughly explain our findings in a way that helps you truly understand what’s happening in your body.
We provide detailed education about how your nervous system affects your overall health, create a personalized care plan designed to help you reach your health goals, and review easy payment options. Your first gentle neuro-spinal adjustment happens during this visit.

We understand life is busy, which is why we’ve made the new patient process as streamlined as possible. Validated parking is available on the Fourth Avenue ramp just around the corner from our office. Same-day appointments are often available for those ready to begin healing.
